Welcome To Triple Ring Productions Inc.

bob1Hi, this is Bob Waggoner. I created TripleRing Productions and along with my wife Gwen, co-owner Guy Vesco, event director and new partner Gina Evans we plan to bring an element of cycling that I really enjoy to Butte and Southwest Montana.TripleRing Productions is a tax-exempt, 501c3 non-profit educational association. Donations to TripleRing Productions are generally tax deductible. TRP's tax identification number is 27-1221289.

Presently Montana has a pretty good Mountain bike and Road bike racing series, but not much in the way of endurance Mountain bike racing. My goal is to change that. I have spent the last ten years racing 24 hour events in the US and Canada, I'm looking at bringing that to Montana as well as 100 mile endurance racing.

This site is designed to make contributing information as easy as possible – please make comments. I'm keen to get in touch with anyone who might be able to help add new content or edit/ update material.

Drop Bags

Bob: I'm going to have a few flasks of frozen fuel (try saying that 5 times real fast . . . :-) ) and I'm wondering if we can drop off our bags in the morning, instead of Fri. nite, for the 100.

Drop Bags

music

what are the rules on ear phones or speakered music?

USA Cycling Rules Apply

I am pretty sure that you should not plug your ears for safety reasons. We will be on tight single-track at times and you need to hear when someone wants to pass. Other times on public roads that are not closed to traffic. ~bill

The course will begin to be swept after the 50 milers are at least one hour into the race.

Volunteers: Many people have given up their weekend to help with this race. Without these fantastic people this race would not happen. Please be courteous to all volunteers!

How many miles is it to Aid Station number 8?

Hi, thanks for the information; how many miles is it to the 6PM cutoff at Aid Station number 8?

thanks!

miles to aid station #8

Since there aren't exact mileage numbers so far the best I can do for you is to subtract from the end. Assuming an even 100 miles the cutoff should be just about at mile 84

Elevation Gain

What is the expected total elevation gain for the 100 mile course?
